Export — Import Officer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AREA

  • Prepare all document ( Commercial Invoice, Packing B/L insurance Cert and Cert of Origin ) for L/C and TT payment
  • Prepare Export document & export customs document and submit it to Custom
  • Able to make relationship with EMKL & Forwarders, and Bank
  • Able to maintains filling document
  • Loving administration job.

POSITION REQUIREMENT (KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCY)
Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Economics, Management or Information Technology from reputable university
Min GPA > 3.00
Has knowledge in export administration, PC (Windows application)
Good command both of written and speaking English
Has leadership competencies
Has good interpersonal & communication skills
Willing to be located in Surabaya
Able Start working on march 2008
