Job Description :
- In charge for building maintenance, and working areas, both Plant & PDC (Pre Delivery Centre)
- Propose regular maintenance and repair with necessary budget
- Daily checking and actively report all areas condition

Associate degree from reputable university, major in Civil Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Have experience from manufacture industry minimal 5 year in handling building maintenance
- Male, max 35 years old.
- Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.

Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, good presentation skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
- Willing to hard work, honest and anticipative
