Our Client, A Fast Growing Cargo Express and Logistic Provider with wide network through Indonesia with approx 42 branches operation and services. To support their operation with fast driven market, they are seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of:
OPERATION MANAGER
- Male or Female, Maximum 40 years old
- Suitable candidates must have Basic Cargo Certificate, Dangerous Good Certificate
- Experiences in handling minimum 300 persons form diverse levels and position
- Having Strong Leadership and Good Management Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Minimum 4 years in similar business and position from Express, Logistic and Courier both local and multinational with wide network and services through Indonesia
- Good business vision to expand business for International Network for Courier and Express Cargo base.

Suitable candidates must have Logistic and Inventory Skills, Transportation Dispatch Management, Supply Chain Management and Account Management.

Having good relationship with the vendor both existing vendor or on processing account.
- Having Key Account Management Skill would be advantaged.
- Male or Female, max 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Management or other related educational background from reputable University.
- Minimum 5 years in similar position form reputable company with handling minimum 300 persons from diverse position and levels.

Expertise in HR Management included Recruitment, Talent Management, Organization Development, Training Development , Industrial Relation, Compensation and Benefits and little skill in General Affairs Matters.
- Good knowledge and having update information of Labor Law
